2.3 718sp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
2.4 These Terms are available in English only. In the event of any translation being provided for informational convenience, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the 718sp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:
3.2 718sp reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of Account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals.
3.3 Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 718sp is lawful in their jurisdiction. 718sp makes no representation that access to or use of its services is legal in all locations from which the Platform may be technically accessible.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 718sp Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 718sp may close all such accounts and forfeit all balances held within them.
4.2 Accurate Information. Players must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. 718sp shall not be liable for service failures arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 718sp strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify 718sp immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 Responsibility for Account Activity. All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified 718sp of suspected unauthorised access prior to such activity occurring.
4.5 Account Verification (KYC). 718sp is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of its Players. The following documents may be requested at any time:
5.1 All deposits on the 718sp Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following deposit methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as displayed in the cashier section:
5.2 Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Depositing funds on behalf of another Player, or accepting deposits from a third party into your Account, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
5.3 718sp does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply transaction charges for which 718sp accepts no responsibility.
5.4 Deposited funds are held in a segregated account by the Operator and are not used for operational purposes. This does not constitute the creation of a trust relationship or fiduciary duty between 718sp and the Player.
6.1 Players may withdraw their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds.
6.2 All withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the Player's own name that has previously been used to make a deposit to the Account. 718sp does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to Players whose Accounts have completed identity verification (KYC) to the satisfaction of the Operator. 718sp reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of KYC.
6.4 Processing Times. 718sp targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes, though these are not guaranteed and may be affected by payment provider schedules and verification requirements:
6.5 718sp reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Such checks may temporarily delay the processing of the withdrawal but will be conducted as expeditiously as practicable.
6.6 In the event that a withdrawal is rejected or returned by the payment provider, 718sp will credit the amount to the Player's Account balance and notify the Player to provide an alternative withdrawal method.
7.1 From time to time, 718sp may offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, or other incentives. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms communicated at the time of the promotion in addition to these general Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the relevant offer terms. Where not stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
7.3 Eligible Games. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, wagering requirements for casino bonuses may be fulfilled by wagering on any casino game offered by 718sp. Certain game categories (such as live dealer games, specific high-RTP slots, or table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. 7.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses issued by 718sp carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited automatically if the wagering requirement is not completed within the applicable expiry window. The default expiry period, where not specified, is 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
7.5 Abuse Prevention. 718sp actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the placing of low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts to claim a single-use promotion multiple times, collusion between players on bonus bets, and exploitation of software errors to obtain promotional credit. Where such conduct is identified, 718sp reserves the right to:
7.6 718sp reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed through 718sp are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including the event, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. 718sp shall not accept requests to void or amend bets on the basis of Player error after confirmation.
8.2 Bet Settlement. Bets on sporting events (including cricket matches, PSL fixtures, and international tournaments) will be settled according to official results as declared by the relevant governing body. 718sp reserves the right to use any available official source to determine the result for settlement purposes.
8.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by 718sp in the following circumstances:
8.4 Casino Games. All casino and slot games available on the 718sp platform run on certified random number generation (RNG) software, independently audited by accredited testing agencies. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8.5 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on 718sp and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 718sp reserves the right to impose personal stake limits on any Player Account where warranted by responsible gaming obligations or risk management requirements.
8.6 Disconnection During Play. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or in-play bet, 718sp's server-side records shall determine the outcome of any game round or bet affected. Where a live casino game round is incomplete and cannot be resolved by server records, the round stake will be credited back to the Player's Account.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 718sp Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
10.1 718sp is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The Platform recognises that a minority of individuals may develop problematic gaming behaviours and takes its obligations in this regard seriously as a condition of its international gaming licence.
10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 718sp Account holders at any time through the Account settings menu:
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from 718sp at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by activating self-exclusion through the Account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. 718sp will not accept Account re-registrations from self-excluded Players during the exclusion period. Players on self-exclusion who open a new Account in breach of the exclusion will have that Account closed and any winnings forfeited.
10.4 718sp does not offer credit or loans to Players. The Platform does not permit betting on credit under any circumstances. All bets must be funded from confirmed Account Balance.
10.5 Players who believe they or someone they know may have a gambling problem are encouraged to visit the 718sp Responsible Gaming page for self-assessment tools and information about support organisations.
11.1 All intellectual property rights in the 718sp Platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, software, content, game assets, and proprietary data — are owned by or licensed to the Operator. No Player shall acquire any proprietary rights in Platform content by virtue of their use of the service.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
11.3 Scraping, indexing, or data-mining the Platform, or using the Platform to train machine learning models or competitive analysis tools, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Operator.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 718sp shall not be liable to any Player for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
12.2 718sp's aggregate liability to a Player arising under these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 718sp shall not be liable for interruptions to service, system downtime, data loss, or technical errors where such events are beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, DDoS attacks, or failures of third-party service providers.
12.4 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law.
13.1 The collection, processing, storage, and use of Player personal data by 718sp is governed by the 718sp Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between the Player and the Operator. Players are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully.
13.2 By registering an Account, Players consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalised gaming services.
13.3 718sp does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to what is strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform, compliance with legal obligations, and the prevention of fraud.
14.1 718sp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
14.2 Voluntary Closure. Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting 718sp support. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method. Pending bets at the time of closure request will continue to be settled in accordance with Section 8.
14.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly administration fee of Rs 100 or the remaining account balance if lower, applied each month until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account by logging in.
15.1 Any Player who has a complaint about the conduct of 718sp or the operation of its services should submit the complaint in the first instance to the 718sp customer support team via live chat or email to [email protected]. Complaints should include the Player's Account username, the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction or game session reference, and the remedy sought.
15.2 718sp will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex complaints may require up to 28 calendar days to fully investigate.
15.3 If a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through 718sp's internal process, the Player may escalate the dispute to the relevant regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction 718sp holds its gaming licence, in accordance with that authority's published dispute resolution procedures.
15.4 During the investigation of a dispute, 718sp may place a temporary hold on the relevant portion of the Player's Account Balance. This hold does not imply any admission of liability on the part of 718sp.
16.1 718sp may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, payment procedures, or regulatory obligations — 718sp will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 14 calendar days before the changes take effect.
16.2 Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or restructuring that does not affect Player rights) may be made without prior individual notification but will always be reflected in the version published on the Platform.
16.3 Players who do not accept amended Terms may close their Account and withdraw their available balance in accordance with Section 14. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 718sp holds its international gaming licence. Players agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.
17.2 Nothing in these Terms shall prevent 718sp from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief may be necessary to protect its legitimate business interests or intellectual property rights.
17.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
